J.D. Power and Associates survey on Satellite/Cable TV Customer Satisfaction Study released revelaed
many facts to the public. DIRECT TV leads the survey in three regions and WOW in other. The other
leading Companies such as DISH Network, Comcast and Time Warner were not in the race for the first
place and this suggest that DIRECT TV is unconquered leader in this Industry. DIRECT TV scored
first in three regions and had scored high in performance, reliability, cost, billing, image, offerings,
promotions and customer service.
